Stream

I have tnt with sky but can't get into discovery plus it says I need to have tnt. I use my sky email for both accounts. Also, getting an audience with the pope is probably easier than speaking to a human at Sky. Its now coming up to 8 months since I ordered new broadband with you, contacted you numerous times. You tell me to ring you but can never get through. Do you still have any humans working at Sky?

You aren't talking to Sky we are fellow customers here on the community. Have you set up and activated Discovery Plus as per these instructions: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-get-discovery-plus

 

You can't just sign in without setting up a free subscription, setting up a D+ account and linking the two.

 

If you need to call sky dial 150 and do not say anything when it talks about the community and asks for your mobile number. You should then be out through to someone.

Thanks for your advice. I tried for ages to ask for a human but to no avail, the bot just kept sending me to the discussion boards. I think they have terminated all humans and Sky is being run by robots and AI.
