Tried to connect the stream puck to tv and said it can't connect to my account now when turned on will only flash coloured lights then turns off and won't connect to tv

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Karenangove1 have you tried unplugging the stream puck and leaving if unplugged for about 10 minutes, then plug it back in and see if anything has improved.

Hi yes I have it's not been plugged in all night and I tried again this morning but still the same I'm afraid

Hi sorry I'm new to this I unplugged it all night and tried again this morning still just coming up with the coloured lights
