We started using sky stream with the puck in April and its lost connection 3 times since, the last two times within the last week.
I looked this issue up here last time and changed the settings that some had suggested but less than a week later, it has disconnected and we had to do a whole system reset.
Why is this happening? Should we get a new puck? Its really annoying.
