My order was confirmed on Tuesday at 4pm. It advertises on the website that when order is confirmed before 9pm mon-thur you'll receive your pucks next day delivery. I have not received my pucks yet and they have not been dispatched yet either. Says awaiting activation on system. Wondered if anyone else is or had this problem, as my switch over ends Tuesday and I won't have no tv if not arrived. Was told they'd be dispatched today and haven't been then was told they'd chase up but the guy didn't sound too convincing. Thanks.

Hi, just to let you know on the app it's now saying it's expected Thursday for delivery. Thanks for your response.

You willreceive an email and text from dpd on the progress of your delivery, when shipped and can track it via this link.
The activation message you see is the awaiting your action during the setup for when your pucks have arrived.

Hi, thanks for replying.
The hub has been dispatched and that is coming Friday through Royal Mail.
The pucks have not been dispatched yet, I understand the activation due. Says activation due and summary of my order.
I was led to believe through sky, the pucks would be delivered next day if ordered and confirmed before 9pm mon-thur, which it was.
I just wanted to know if anyone else has had or having problems with the delivery, and if so how long was it, because it doesn't look like I'll be receiving tomorrow either.

We have seen that matching date before.
Are you moving to Sky broadband from another isp or is it an upgrade from a current Sky broadband product?

I hope so, it's a switch over from virgin and my broadband service activates on Tuesday. Hoping they'll be dispatched this week otherwise I'll have no tv service Tuesday.
