Stream puck is rubbish
What's the deal with the sky stream puck it randomly turns off during programs and randomly freezers so can select anything

Hi @Lizo
Sounds like poor connectivity between puck and broadband or low broadband speeds. Provide more information such as speed your puck is getting (check in netflix settings) and your isp etc and the community will do it's best to assist.
I've got 2 glass units and 4 pucks and they are near flawless now (Though there have been issues with firmware and compabity issues with my EE kit etc).
