I'm having issues with my stream puck pixelating quite a few times.

Also an issue with pixelating and Netflix is not loading either

Have you tried rebooting the Stream puck?
Check the broadband speed that is reaching the puck - to do this run the network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app. You need a minimum of 25Mbps for streaming HD and 30Mbps for UHD.
Sky Stream needs a fast and, more importantly, stable connection to your network. You must be able to provide this otherwise you will have issues with the service.

The service isn't fit for purpose, take a look around and you'll see multiple 40 page threads with people having the same issues
Pixelation, audio dropouts and buggy OS
Sky and their cohorts will try and blame your internet but in reality the entire Sky Stream system is terrible, the Temu special pucks don't help either

I disagree, I've had Stream since April, (ethernet), and Glass in the bedroom since July (wi-fi). Neither have missed a beat in all that time. Most of the issues people have are localised in some way, be it flakey wi-fi, interference, router or other issues.

Same here where same services on the TV itself don't have the problem and download speed is rarely below 500Mbs. Only started in the last few months, having been no problem at all before that. Switched to 1 Gbs wired connection to Eero router but no better.
I see there was a fix for this for Sky Q so I wonder if the puck has the same as I guess they share a codebase.
