Hi @Carpo 

 

You will need to provide more information than not working. We are fellow customers not sky and know nothing about you or your set up?

 

Is this a new install? What's not working? Live channels? Apps? What have you tried to resolve so far? Who is your ISP? Etc etc.

Sorry for my abrupt responses and the questions. but I'm new to this and frustrated that I can't speak to a human.

Had problems all day with messages on screen saying programme not loading but the programme would play  for maybe 30 seconds and then go back to the main menu, but showing it on the preview screen if that make sense

You'll need to provide more details as "Not working properly" isn't very helpful.

 

What exactly is happening with your stream Puck?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Have you tried a restart of your Sky Stream puck?

Maybe, also a restart of your broadband hub/router?

 

To restart your Sky Stream puck,

go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

 

It maybe a network issue,

Can you do a network speed test on each of your Pucks.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times, say a few minutes between tests.
What is your speed?
