In addition if connected by wifi the speed of your wifi may well be causing these issues, try using ethernet from the stream puck to the hub

@Chelle86x What speed is the puck getting over wifi? Open the netflix app and go to get help, run the speed test, anything less than 25mbps for HD & 35mbps for UHD will cause such issues.

Connect via an Ethernet cable instead and disable the WiFi in the puck network settings and see if that helps.
