Stream and fire TV
We recently purchased a New TV a Toshiba FIRE TV is it compatible with Sky stream as we can't get it working?

Your TV just needs an HDMI socket, which undoubtedly it has. From memory, I recall that some Toshibas were shipped with out of date firmware, which can cause this sort of issue, so I would suggest updating it. Your TV manual or on screen help should explain how to do it.

We have an HDMI plugged in but will have a look at what you suggested. Thank you The sky puck just seems to flash then goes off after a few seconds!

You need to make sure you are selecting the appropriate HDMI input on the TV that you have the Stream puck connected to. Use the Toshiba remote to do this.
Try turning the puck off at the wall for a minute then power it back on and you should see on-screen instructions of how to connect it to your broadband and set it up.
If the white light on the puck doesn't come on and stay on then it may be faulty. In which case you'd need to contact Sky and request a replacement.
