Screen stuck

Anyone have had issues when on the Home Screen has got stuck with the remote control? I turned the puck off and on and it stayed on the screen. Eventually it turned off and i had to wait for the please wait to go off

I have to say very impressed with the stream so far

When you power off T the plug ... did you wait at least 2 minutes before power on?
