Stream Puck fault

My sky stream box doesn't turn on, I then have to try and reset it everyday or when I have turned it off. It works fine once it's working but say if I turn if off at at then the next morning it either won't turn on or has a red light. Says it has a software issue. I do the reset as per instructions and then it works but only until you switch it off again, it then takes ages to try and turn on.

As you have tried the rest instructions and are still having the issue. It sounds like it could be a fault with the puck. I have escalated your post to Sky who will reach out using the chat bubble feature as described here:
