Sky Stream not working

I have 2 Sky Stream boxes that take days of reboots, back to the blackscreen with Sky on it, everytime I follow the damn instructions and start from scratch it just works for 10 second then crashes, I have tried this on ethernet and wifi with the same result. Very close to throwing Sky Glass and stream and the broadband out of the window.

@scalyback Seeing as you have tried the obvious without success I have escalated your post to the Community Messaging Team who will invite you for an online chat.

Keep a look out for the speech chat bubble that will appear on the bottom left of your screen when you are logged onto this forum (you will need to refresh your browser from time to time until you see the chat bubble). When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or the chat will be automatically closed.  Note replies from Sky are not instant so you will need to regularly check the chat thread.

It's very frustrating having been with Sky since 1990 so for this to not work is very annoying, maybe I should just send them back as I see a lot of people have these issues
