Stopped connecting via enternet cable

Keeps saying cannot connect to my router only started Saturday morning everything was great till then now using WiFi I have followed all the steps sky recommended still now joy but TV in bedroom works fine with enternet cable same router

Not being aware of the steps you mention you already tried.


Could you try swapping over the pucks only and leaving the ethernet and hdmi cables in situ.

That would show if the faulty puck is having an etherent port issue and maybe worth replacing.

Sorry only one puck not in bedroom it also says  sometimes can't ip address only had puck one week tried to force puck to recognise entertnet cable turning off WiFi but still nothing thanks
