Netflx app not working

Netflix app currently unavailable please try again later .....

5 days , still not working 

have refreshed & rebooted

accounts linked but still nothing

Works fine via my tv but not with the sky puk

yes reboots done without success so did a full factory reset with sky stream, Finally have the app working!!!

It's not that often we see issues with the Netflix  app on the community.

It can sometimes be a difficult app to easily resolve.

 

A number of things to try.

 

You mention a refresh, that may be an apps refresh, if not your could also try an apps refresh, that can take up to 24 hours to fully complete;

  1. Press Home on your Sky remote, then highlight Settings.
  2. Press System management, then Resets and updates, and finally Refresh apps.
  3. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
  4. Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.

Also with the apps refresh, do a broadband router/hub restart around the same time you start off the apps refresh.

 

There is also a reset option from the Netflix get help menu that you could try.

This may log you out of Netflix, if you were logged into your account, so you may need to re login again.

I had a similar issue with Netflix on a different device running TiVo OS which, like SkyOS, is server-based. 

I found that I had to fully reboot the device running TiVo OS (a Manhattan Aero) and it then re-connected to the server and allowed Netflix to open normally. If you've already tried fully rebooting your Stream puck then maybe try a router reboot and re-engage the network connection.

I always have to reset all apps, every day as Netflix is just a blank screen. I've been doing this for around a year now. Disney, Paramount Plus, Prime, all other apps are fine, just Netflix. 

 

Is your search online this is seemingly a compatability issue with Sky and Netflix.
