Hi all,
Back in December 2022 my sky stream remote stopped working after just having the service one month. Having read a couple of topics regarding this it seemed like a problem for other users. However my issue is I'm still awaiting a replacement nearly one month on. I keep calling up sky whom I must say are friendly but I always get the same response that it has been ordered followed by a generic text from either DHL or DPD.
Can anyone assist with if there is an alternative remote or guidance on where I go from here because this is getting silly now.
It's worthy to note when I ordered the service I November the remote and puck turned up within 3 days

Apparently Q remotes mostly work with Glass/Stream.

@Griff889 Ring Sky and ask for the Executive Complaints Department. It will be sorted quickly, got mine replace within 24 hours after waiting over a week.

Hi there, you did actually receive a text from sky or DPD saying that your replacement remote was coming?
I've reordered it more than once, I get the email saying that they will process my request within 24 hours, and then they will send me a text regarding my order.
Guess what, they never send a text, and I've no access to my sky stream for nearly 2 weeks now.
Has anyone actually had this mystery text, or had a new remote delivered, from filling in the online replacement remote retreat form??

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@SaoirseSgiath1 Going back to early this year I had a problem with my Glass remote. I phoned SKy who said they would send a replacement. I had to make 4 such requests before I received a replacement. At no time did I have any contact (text or otherwise) from Sky, the remote simply arrived.
The online order form for a replacement remote apparently works well and a number of people have said they arrived withing a few days. The link is as follows: Streaming TV replacement remote (if you sign into your My Sky account first the form will be partly completed with some of your relevant details).
