Sports uhd

Cant use any uhd sports channels. Never happened before. Cant use uhd at all for anything.

Hi @Theoldsloth 

 

Can you confirm you have Glass or do you have sky stream? If the latter check that your output in the settings is set to UHD.

What's happening when you try to watch? Have you powered off at the mains for a few minutes in the first instance?

I have powered off it comes up with the content you have selected cannot not be played on this device

Thanks for the info it is sky puck i unplugged it left it for 5 mins just tried again all good now. Thankyou.
