Sounds stops working after skipping ads
Hi,
I'm a new customer using Sky Stream. On the whole the experience has been good; however, I am having an issue when streaming Sky Atlantic shows (not the linear channel). I have ad skip, and whenever I skip the ads, the show I'm watching continues to work fine for about 5 seconds before the sound completely drops out - i.e. the video continues running but with no sound.
If I switch to other apps and watch something else, the sound works fine, but when we return to what we were watching, there is still no sound. The only thing I have found that restores the sound to that programme is to reboot the puck altogether, which is not an acceptable solution as it takes several minutes.
Audio is connected to soundbar via second HDMI cable through TV (Samsung). Issue also occurs when connected via optical cable or when just using the TV speaker.
