@Davies4546 Are you trying to watch something on the iPad whilst it's not connected to the same network as your sky hardware?
if you are the pin required is completely separate and independent of the one for your hardware which for sky stream is usually the last four digits of the mobile number registered on your account
you would need to setup a separate pin to access content if not on the same network by following the information on the link below
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-go-parental-settings
if on the same network use the hardware pin
