Why do I frequently looseprogramme when I've sound when fast forwarded through adverts? It's getting as though its every time. I have to come right out of the programme we're watching and go back in to recover the sound. Why?

Re: Sound
What kind of content is this happening on.
Is it via an app, On demand content or when you pause or use watch from start on a live linear broadcast channel?
Have you tried a restart of your Sky Stream box
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.
Hint:
Different ways to get to the settings menu;
Hit the . . . button on your remote and select settings, use voice saying 'settings' or scroll down to the settings menu on the home menu.
Sky Stream with two pucks via wifi (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Smart Home - Bundle Smart Home plan +

Re: Sound
Hi. Thanks for your reply. There is no rhyme or reason for it. Sometimes it's on live TV and at other times it's on playback or on Apps. I have however, reset the system today and we'll see how that goes. Thanks again
