I've noticed an issue over the last few months which seems to be primarily related to Sky Arts - programmes which should be available on demand aren't showing up on Stream (and I presume Glass too), despite being readily available on Sky Go. I've had several instances lately where I've come to watch something, but the Stream search (voice and text) refuses to find it, yet checking the Sky Go app it's definitely there and available to watch.
Some recent examples: "Supershow - the Last Great Jam of the 60s" (this was broadbcast back in November), "Bryan Adams: Live at Royal Albert Hall May 2024", "Oasis: There and Then", "Blur: To The End" (all broadcast in the last week).
I've seen this happen before with non-Sky channels, which I believe is an issue with the info they get given from the third party (iPlayer seems quite bad for this, but is easy enough to search in its own app via the Stream puck).
Anyone else experienced anything similar? I'm wondering what the best way to report this to Sky is as it's starting to become very annoying!
Cheers

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYour best bet to get this checked and resolved by Sky is to send an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;
ViewerR@sky.uk
They do respond to emails with any updates for your queries or problems.

That is available to play on Sky Arts..
The top tile shows it on Sky Store, but scroll down and you will see the On demand Sky Arts version.

Thanks for checking. Stange.... it definitely wasn't appearing a couple of days ago after the first broadcast.
I'll shoot customer relations an email and see what they can do...

Content frequently doesn't appear immediately after first broadcast😟
