Sound not synchronised with picture while using through playlist on puck

Trying to watch a program on the playlist in the evening seems to cause the sound and picture to be out of sync. This is my second puck and still having the same issue.. if this doesn't get resolved soon I'll be returning the equipment and going back to Virgin..

Your not talking to Sky. We are fellow subscribers. A quick browse through there forum revels there are a number of people experiencing the issue.
