Soud problems on channel 5 on sky puck

Hi, can you please tell me how to resolve  a problem with no sound on channel 5 when first switched on  on my sky puck. All other channels are OK, if I then switch back to the channel 5 the sound is echoing  on the program and the adverts. Thank you.
