Someone at sky please help - Error code 1018. MYSKY_1018

Tried to sign up for discovery plus and got this error on my sky puck. Same error if I go straight to the shop. Noticed my picks where showing as dispatched so presume this was the fault. Called up yesterday and adviser confirmed this was probably the issue a d passed to third line to fix. Issue still not fixed. Has anybody else had this error and how long did it take for sky to fix. Surely this is a really quick status change on the database.

This is a customer helps customer community. If the issue has been passed to a back office team it will be resolved however this can take some time depending on the number of tickets they are dealing with.
