Software update QS035

We have two pucks one in the lounge and one in the bedroom.  Both recently were updated to QS035.013.00P.  I have been waiting for the slight tweak on the build version to QS035.016.00P.  Curiously my bedroom puck received that two days ago but my lounge tv still hasn't updated despite trying a Restart.  Can anyone explain why?   Thanks.

Hi @Stephen+Mourton I'm not sure how they determine which pucks are updated and when but it is of course possible that one simply has not received the update as yet and is in a different batch.  Maybe unplug it for a few minutes and see if it picks up the update when you plug it in again.

It would certainly appear that the batching isn't done by sky user accounts, as over the years i've seen many a post from customers stating that one puck or Glass has received an update several days before the other.
