Voice Control problem on 2nd TV

On our 2nd tv we are having problems with the voice control. It had been working fine, but since yesterday when you you press the button it comes up on the screen asking what would like, so the button is working, but it won't pick up anything you say.  I have done a soft & hard reset but it makes no difference.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Thanks

We had exactly the same with one of ours, the other two were fine. All I did was to restart the affected puck through the settings page and everything was working fine once back up and running. Don't know if method you used of soft/hard reset is the same as a restart but it worked for me.
