Sky pucks crashing
Both of my sky pucks crash at least twice daily. You'll be midway through watching something and the image will freeze. Then about 2 minutes later the box restarts. It's been happening constantly for the last year. Any ideas what to try?

Re: Sky pucks crashing
@Bobalus It sounds like poor wifi causing the issue, on each puck open netflix, go to get help and run connection test, what speed is each puck reporting.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
