Software apdating

I just turn on my rdevice for sky stream it's showing apdating software for more then one hour I tried to apdated the tv software but it's still not working

Turn off the power to the puck at the wall socket for a few minutes then power it back on and try to update the software again. You may have better luck by connecting an ethernet cable between the puck and the router just so the update can take place more efficiently. You should then be able to revert back to WiFi. These Stream pucks can be temperamental little blighters...
