Freezing sky pucks

Help needed. Every night about 8pm both my sky pucks one in living room and bedroom will start to  freeze the tv screens and pictures goes pixelated. The only way to stop this is to keep re-booting both pucks. The next night at same time it happens all over again.

Has anyone had this same issue or any suggestions how to fix this issue.

Thanks

As it happens every night, it's probably a broadband issue. Is there anyone else in your household using the broadband at that time every night?

Re: Freezing sky pucks

You must be getting interference from somewhere. Maybe something on a timer that is switching on around that time. Something you do, other than the internet, that could be causing interference. A neighbour swamping your wi-fi. Sounds stupid but a microwave oven can cause issues. The Stream puck is very sensitive to any interference as everything is server based, rather than on the puck, meaning little to no buffering.
