The black sky box is not working so we can't see sky the address for the broken box is Gileston manor we have another address with sky but that other address is working perfectly could you send replacement and the driver can take the broken one back
we are very familiar with sky snd have tried all ways to get this working but definitely broken

Sky+HD. Sky Q & Sky Stream are TV boxes, Sky hubs are for broadband.
As you've posted in the Sky Glass/Stream forum is this the service your referring to?
BTW Sky won;t do aonything ont he back of a forum post as no would know who you are.

Perhaps worth noting, given you've posted in the Glass & Stream Forum, that a single subscription to this service cannot be split between two addresses.
