Sly stream and Netflix not working
Normal TV is not loading and Netflix comes up with a code, I have tried updating the apps turning off and rebooting and it still doesn't work

@Shelbidownes How is the puck connecting to your router?
Have you tried ethernet between the hub & puck?
Is your broadband service up & runnong?
