For the last two days my sky puck has become very sluggish when navigating the home screen, also when entering my pin for certain channels I have to hold each digit down for a couple of seconds until I see the star appear or it gets missed. On apps e.g. Disney when I press rewind I can see it starts to rewind stops for a second then starts again and stops again continually making the functionality erratic and hard to use.
Playback is fine and so is my internet connection on other devices.

SOLVED
My remote had switched to IR so I had to reset it by holding 1 and 3 together then following the on screen instructions to reconnect.

Re: Sluggish puck
Try a full reboot of your puck. Turn it off at the wall for a few minutes then power it back on and allow it to re-establish a connection to Sky's servers. There have been a few reports of sluggish UI on SkyOS these past few days on both Stream and Glass so it's possible that they have some server congestion going on.
SkyOS runs largely from servers, not from the device itself, so it can become slow if there are many customers streaming all at the same time from the same server.

Re: Sluggish puck
Hi,
Turning it off and on again didn't fix it, I would agree that it's probably related to network latency. For example on the home screen it won't scroll down until it's displayed the program information for the item you currently have selected.
And while I was testing it it fixed itself 🥳

Re: Sluggish puck
- Interesting you've put this, I'm experiencing the exact same problem. Is there anything you did to sort the problem?

Re: Sluggish puck
No really it comes and goes, something that appears to work is holding the remote control closer so maybe my battery is going. Obviously I'm trying different things but that seems to be consistent.
