Yeah it works when it hangs over the front of the tv but not concealed although surely that's the whole point of having a smaller puck? Our router is with Sky and working fine, thanks for responding

The puck is the size it is because it doesn't have a hard drive and doesn't need to be any bigger.

I don't think anyone would recommend you hiding a puck directly behind a TV screen - all it can do is cause potential problems, both to the network signal and as a potential fire risk. TV's can get quite hot and pucks don't like getting too hot.

If you must hide it away behind the screen then you'll need to run an ethernet cable from your router or a powerline adapter in order to get a decent broadband signal to it.

Where is your broadband router situated? Are you trying to conceal the puck behind the TV? This will block the WiFi signal from reaching it.

Its not exactly recommended to keep the stream puck hidden, its not exactly designed to be hidden behind TVs, or inside cabinets/cupboards etc where some people like to put them.
