Sky tv pixelating and freezing
The sky puck is showing as connected with excellent connection but quality ispixelated - pauses- frezes then says no connection and wait to load. Such bad quality done all the checks and tests but still poor.

Re: Sky tv pixelating and freezing
Hi @Cazlizpat
WiFi strength and throughout are not the same thing. What checks have you done? Have you checked the speed in netflix? If so post more information such as isp, broadband speed, puck speed as per netflix etc etc.
Remember we are fellow subscribers not sky and know nothing about you.
