Sky tv not working

My tv streaming box isn't workimg

its saying on the screen because of a technical issue I'm experiencing a limited service why is this I'm quite new to sky and not happy I'm already havimg

problems my sky tv wouldn't even connect to my internet so don't understand what's going on

@Tanyals1984  How is your stream puck connecting to the hub?   What speed are you getting to the puck?   Run the speed test in the Netflix app settings menu.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
