Sky stream puck playlist not working and technical issue every 7 minutes on live tv

I have 3 sky stream pucks with 2 in use and one as a spare. My internet is virgin fibre 1 gig and I do receive over 1 gig to my router with a ping of 12.

 

In the last few weeks all of my pucks when watching live tv after 7 minutes display a blue screen with with "There is a technical fault, please try again later". If i change channel and then change back, the live stream will start working again for another 7 minutes and then the same blue screen occurs.

 

Additionally all of my pucks when entering the playlist and attempting to play a saved item will hang for a second and then return the screen to either the main menu or the last live tv channel. It will not play anything from the playlist.

 

I have contacted support and they have had me power cycle the pucks which did not solve the issue. We then tried power cycling while holding the standby button to reset and force an update, this also did not solve the issue. Whenever I contact support they try resetting the stream unit which as said before is not resolving the issue, they then ask me to wait 24 hours to check it has resolved the issue. Obviously it does not resolve the issue since I am on here asking for help.

 

Since it is common issue for all 3 pucks it is likely a badly designed update from a few weeks ago and unlikely a hardware problem. Does anyone have a solution or a way to escalate this problem since this is getting exceptionally frustrating.
