First, try a settings restart;
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.
If you are still having issues, it could be a local network or wifi issue.
Sky recommended minimum broadband speed is 25Mbps. Or 30Mbps if you add an extra Sky Stream puck or watch in UHD.
To check, can you do a network speed test on each of your Pucks.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times, say a few minutes between tests.
What is your speed?
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Protect smart tech kit tester.

Re: Sky streaming
@Trev32 Have you tried an Ethernet connection to the sky Puck to see if that is any better?

Re: Sky streaming
Every day the puck has to be restarted, the picture keeps juddering, the hub has a connection speed of 511mbps yet at the sky puck only 2mbps. This is the same every day. In a word it's rubbish
The issue is your wi-fi signal, nothing to do with the puck. Sky stream works great.
Please do not blame sky when your poor wi-fi is out of their control.
either connect your puck via Ethernet (best solution)
or consider adding a mesh network (next best)
or resort to boosters or plug-in extenders (by far the worst option)

Re: Sky streaming
Thanks all for your help, I've done all the suggestions, I will have to try and get a cable to the puck to see that improve the signal 🤓👍

Re: Sky streaming
Bill, I am not blaming sky , I understand the issue is with my WiFi, when I said rubbish did I say the puck was rubbish, no I was referring to the signal.

Re: Sky streaming
Hi Trev, An Ethernet cable is always best, but often difficult to run neatly.
It has the benefit that you can add a small cheap Ethernet hub at the end of the cable to feed sky, the tv, music streamer etc.
Alternate mesh systems work great. I bought a thre unit TPlink one.
Again, these work best if connected in a chain via Ethernet, but they also work wirelessly, with some slight loss of speed.
The mesh units then do not need to be placed directly next to the units they serve (puck) they could be at the other end of the room, or a room upstairs. Providing they are in range of both another mesh unit and the devices they are serving, they work great.
They are a good solution for older houses with thick damp walls, which restrict wi-fi signal, or houses full of foil-backed insulation.
Just moving your puck may help, up on a higher shelf if possible and way from the tv or other electrnics which may be creating interferrence.
A puck will struggle with 2mb's. a minimum of 25mb/s dedicated for stream will give ok service. I have moved around a bit lately (hence stream rather than Q) so have been connected to different BB providers and speeds. I found 25mb/s worked fine and being connected to a 100mb/s service did not make any discernable difference to performance.
Obviously if a sub only has 25mb/s BB service and is running many devices, then the puck will suffer.
Good luck.

Re: Sky streaming
@Trev32 It also has been reported that hardware off the puck sometimes just cannot handle it all with a wireless wifi signal, don't use any off them, but it's logical thet the Ethernet should not have the same problems that may occur with a poor wireless wifi signal or loads of packet drops for retransmission etc! Just another thing to try when problems with the pucks!

Re: Sky streaming
The issue could also be the location of your stream puck. If you want to connect it via WIFI then it needs to be free from as much as possible that may cause interference, for example don't have the puck behind a wall mounted TV, don't have it on an enclosed shelf on a TV stand/cabinet ( it will usually get a stronger WIFI signal on the top shelf, being out in the open)
