Sky streaming app

Can't load itvx app just a blank screen with 2 white lines at the top.

Also HBO MAX and Hayu won't load.

Have you tries restarting your puck? Have you tried refreshing the apps?

If multiple apps are causing issues, try the following;

First try a restart of your broadband router/hub with the  Sky Stream puck in standby.

Do a settings restart of the puck:

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

Perform an apps refresh;

1. Press Home on your Sky remote, then highlight Settings.
2. Press System management, then Resets and updates, and finally Refresh apps.
3. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
4. Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing. Note: an apps refresh can take up to 24 hours for the app refresh to complete.
