Sky stream

My sky stream keeps loosing the live stream every 2 mins and says there's a technical fault been like this now for3 days . Any advice

Hi @Ian252 

 

This can point to poor broadband speed or connection between your puck and router. Open netflix and run a speed check (Profile pic > get help? > Connectivity check). Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.

 

If your puck isn't getting those speeds, you may need to try repositioning your puck, connecting with ethernet or using a booster as needed.
