Puck won't leave Checking your status on setup

Weaker wifi signal at second TV. On setup the screen freezes on Checking Your Status. No light on remote

You need strong wifi for sky stream to work. Connect it to your router with an ethernet cable to get it to do the setup then try switching it to wifi and see if it's strong enough.

Re the remote the backlight should be working, check that non of the paper tab has got stuck when removing it.

 

If you still having trouble trying setting up via ethernet if possible (just for set up) and then go back to WiFi and see how it goes.
