Sky stream
I cannot wait for my contract to end sky stream always freezing or crashing as a customer I expect a service to deliver unfortunately total **bleep**

I have 2 Glass units and 4 pucks and don't suffer from such issues. There are a lot of factors at play such as broadband speed, quality of connection between the client devices and the router etc etc.
As we are fellow customers here on the community and know nothing about your set up, if you provide some information such as broadband speed, ISP, how you are connected, speed netflix is reporting etc we will try and provide some advice.
Additionally if your not getting what your paying for, why wait? Raise a complaint and see if they will allow you to leave: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint
