We have 200MB broadband and I can watch BBC via iPlayer on my phone or laptop. Sky Stream takes ages to load and all channels drop out of audio or video. Cant even load Disney..... tells me there is a technical issue. Northamptonshire area.

Thanks for the advice .... but this is Very strange......
So, we reset the broadband router, we also power cycled the puck. Still no change. So i swapped the puck with another that I had in another room. The replacement worked fine. And so the faulty unit was installed in the other room - and unbelievably it works fine. Problem solved..... strange.

What speed is your Stream puck actually receiving though?
Run a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app to find out. Oh, and give the puck a reboot too.
