Re: Sky stream
Sky Stream doesn't need a dish but does need fast and stable broadband in order to function. Do you have good broadband with a speed of over 25Mbps?
You do not need to buy a Sky Glass TV, you can just ask for Sky Stream. Sky like to do the hard sell on Glass as it makes them more money but if you already have a TV then you don't need to buy Glass. The Sky Stream puck is a small box which attaches to your TV like Sky Q and streams everything via your broadband.
In terms of cost, it depends on the package you choose and the contract duration. You can find all the information here:

Re: Sky stream
Research it thoroughly because it's totally different to the methods you're used to via Sky Q.
