Re: Sky stream
The My Sky app is an app, similar to your online Sky account to manage your Sky products and services, pay your bills and get help if you need it.
The app is personalised to you, allowing you to access the information you need instantly.
Under the Your products section is where you can add a Sky Stream puck, with a one of cost of £39.95
You will also need to add the Whole Home pack, if you do not already have it.
Whole Home lets you watch different shows on different TVs at the same time on up to six Sky Stream pucks and three Sky Glass TVs.

To get the My Sky app have a look at this Sky help article and click on the links for Android or Apple to install the app.

Re: Sky stream
You will need to add the whole home addon via MySky. You can do this in the TV section and then "Manage home set-up".
In that section you should be asked how many Stream pucks you need.
