Sky stream

Sky is on and working but won't load any programs once selected programs won't load and it says there is a technical fault

@EmmaRSmith   Hi Emma,  have you tried unplugging the puck and after about a minute plugging it back in?  Does your router have a clear line of sight to your puck with nothing in the way?  Also is your puck placed on its own away from other objects and not on top of anything?  See if that helps.

Yes to all of those, and our internet is fine. It loads the tv lists etc just not the actual program when you click on it

On the puck are you able to open Netflix go to Get Help and then Check Your Network and run the network test. Thsi will tell you the download speed the puck is getting as its quite possible the puck isn't getting a strong and stable enough internet connection.
