Have you tried fully rebooting your puck by turning it off at the wall for a minute or two then powering it back on?
Check your broadband speed being received by the puck - run a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app.
There have been a few reports this week of pucks randomly resetting. You may need to ring Sky for further troubleshooting and potential replacement of the puck.
