Sky stream

Paramount+ just a spinning circle have followed all the trouble shooting info and still not working but working on other devices help

Hi Tracy

 

Try going into Settings and chose System management, then Resets & updates, and select Refresh apps.  Just leave it until it automatically returns you to the Home Screen. Try Paramount+ again and see if that sorts it.  If not leave it 24 hours as the refresh works behind the scenes for up to 24 hours later.  I hope that sorts it.

I have already tried this but will try again. The app is on tge home screen and working on other devices fingers crossed it works.

As mentioned above, the refresh apps in Settingscan take up to 24 hours to do a complete refresh of all the apps.

So give it sometime.

 

Try a settings restart;

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

 

Also, try putting your Sky Stream puck into standby and do a router/hub reboot.

Paramount +

Paramount + is still a spinning circle. I have updated and refreshed the apps twice in tge past few days and still not working any help?? Or will I have to call Sky support as the bot chat is useless
