Hi @Alisiablair and welcome to the forum. Have you tried rebooting your Glass TV? This can be done by going to Settings > System management > Resets & updates and then selecting restart device. It will take a couple of minutes to reboot and you will get a blank screen for some of the time.
If that doesn't help then unplug the TV at the socket and leave it for a 10-15 minutes and then plug it back in again. It will reboot as above.
