Sky stream

I have 4 shows I watch on Utsav Plus. Two of them Teri meri doriyaann and baatein kuch ankahee si seem to record for a few days and then stop. I had this problem a few weeks ago and it rectified itself. The channel does record as 2 other shows of mine Imlie and yeh rishta kya lehlata seem to record fine. I don't understand why they record for a few days and then stop again. Not sure if they do an update on Sky Stream that has a bug in it for recordings.

Sky Stream doesn't record as there isn't any local storage. Adding something to your playlist is a bookmark to either the broadcasters catch-up service or where available a cloud recording on Skys infrastructure.

 

There could be many reasons why this isn't working, rights issues, meta data problems etc. the best bet would be to email Sky's viewer relations team and they will be able to investigate. The email is viewerR@sky.uk. We are fellow subscribers here.
