I urgently need help. I've had my Sky stream puck now for five months and love it but I've got a slight problem. I have multiple sclerosis and I'm now struggling to press the buttons on the remote control so I've been looking for skills on Amazon Alexa to rectify this problem. I've done a Google search and followed the instructions that it brings us up to link my Sky stream to my Echo dot but nothing seems to work. Is there anybody out there that can help me solve this problem, to make things easier for me. Please get in touch
