Hi,
I've added monthly Sky Cinema to my package. It isn't on my MySky interface yet where you can manage packages and cancel, it's been a few days.
Does this only appear after your first month?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@A+JW Normally Sky Cinema will be available within a couple of hours of subscribing, at least mine was when I subscribed on the phone.
If you are trying to cancel it you will need to call Sky Customer Services if it is not showing on your account.

We took out our rolling 31 day Sky Glass & Stream subscription in Jan 2023. I do remember it being a week or two before all of our packages & add-ons to all show up to be managed in My Sky.

Thank you both. I'm not looking to cancel right now, I just wondered where it was.
I will give this another week or two, and will report back to see if it comes in automatically and update in case others have this in future.
